Galleria 45 regulations:

All guests are required to carefully read the following regulations and the rules of conduct in reference to the Galleria 45 apartments located in Bassano del Grappa in via Roma 45 on the first floor. The apartments are available for the period agreed with the property and entering them implies full acceptance and consequent observance of the same. Failure to observe these Regulations will result in an immediate expulsion notice. The Property reserves the right to prohibit entry to those guests who have committed infringements of this regulation and have not respected it.

1. The reservation can be considered confirmed upon receipt of a deposit equal to 30% of the total amount by bank transfer in advance. From the moment the booking is accepted, in case of cancellation by the customer, cancellation penalties will be applied
2. Check-in: upon arrival, guests must show a valid identification document (identity card or passport), including minors, and immediately pay the amount of the relative stay (from which the deposit is deducted). The tourist tax is not included in the rate and must be paid separately at check-in
3. During the stay, adults are responsible for the behavior of minors who disturb the peace, safety and cleanliness / hygiene of the other tenants of the building
4. Guests undertake to maintain a respectful and adequate behavior and a sober and clean presence in respect of everyone and to collaborate in maintaining order, cleaning the apartments as well as internal and external common areas, ensuring the utmost care in the use of what is provided
5. It is recommended to remain quiet from 10 pm to 7 am and to avoid disturbing noises in the other time slots
6. In the event of suspension of electricity or water supply due to the distributor reasons or other causes of force majeure, the Property disclaims any liability and is not required to make any refunds
7. The apartments are available from 2 pm on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 10 am on the day of departure. Guests will have to return the keys (the loss of the keys and consequent replacing expenses will be charged to the guest), and leave the apartment in the same condition in which it was on their arrival. The keys will be delivered directly to the Owner or placed in a special box
8. It is strictly forbidden to smoke inside the apartments
9. Our apartments are eco-friendly, so please do not waste water and electricity and respect separate waste collection
10. Any damage to the premises, objects or furnishings of the apartments caused by guests will result in a refund at the cost of purchase or restoration of the same
11. It is absolutely forbidden to let strangers who are not registered by the Property into the apartments and visits must be authorized by the same
12. During their stay, the Property is not responsible for any theft or loss and guests are responsible for their possessions and values
13. It is forbidden to bring pets
14. Minimum stay: two nights
